I had such a blast spending the weekend back in July with our good friends, Jeff and Crystal, and their three wonderful daughters in Louisville (that's, "loo-uh-vull"), Kentucky. The hubby and I had only been there once prior, to experience the wild and crazy spectacle that is the Kentucky Derby, but this time we got to enjoy some of the local cafes, parks, and eateries, cruising around in Jeff and Crystal's Jeep Wrangler (be sure to pack a scarf and a brush!). And I must say, Louisville is a GREAT city. With a mixture of urban life, country life, suburban, and foodie life, what more could we ask for? We ate at both Hammerheads and El Mundo to fill our tummies...great restaurants for you foodies out there. And of course, I had my camera with me to document the experience, so hope you enjoy the day as much as I did!
You're probably thinking, that's a random cat. Yes...yes, it was a random cat staring down at us from the roof of a house on our way back home. So there, you got the full experience. :)
